Cylinder Repair Process

1. Customer drops off  (if nearby) or ships cylinder to Peninsular Cylinder, Co.
2. Repair team tears down the cylinder and determines mode of failure
3. Quote is sent to customer with repair specifications and time-frame
4. Purchase order from customer
5. Cylinder repair is scheduled into production
6. Additional wear bands are added to the pistons to accommodate wear & tear it experiences in the field
7. Upgrade sealing system to help assure longer field life
8. Cylinder is rigorously tested (Pressure testing of all cylinders, pneumatic and hydraulic. Hydraulic up to 10,000 psi) 
9. Documented inspection 
10. Repaired Cylinder is shipped to customer
